An Untitled Poem

by Reden Javier Dimaculangan | shared on He Said, She Said |

I feel so sick
I’m sinking like the Titanic
My love for you is so gigantic
Even if your love is just like a stick.
I know what’s your identity
That’s why I fell inlove with your personality.
I was dreaming when you came
An enormous feeling I cannot name.
In my eyes you look like a midget
That’s why I want you to be my widget.
In your heart,
I don’t know what’s my position
Am I a friend or just a reservation?
Since then you became my friend
Hoping that this illusion will not end.
I was hurt when you became insane
I feel jealous but I cannot explain.
This feeling I cannot express
Because for you I’m just an excess.
This poem is being useless
Just like my love for you that is being hopeless.
I will leave this all unfold
Tomorrow can’t be told.
Hoping tomorrow was just like before when I wake up
Because I know that you’re still up…
to someone.
